Delete your account

You can delete your Fall Line account at any time. Deleting it removes your profile, passport, bucket list, trips, pass value log, saved day totals and leaderboard entries, location shares, clips, comments, reviews, reports and votes, for good. It can’t be undone.

In the Android app

1. Open the Ski Life tab and tap ⚙ Settings.
2. Tap Delete my account at the bottom, then confirm.

On the website

Sign in, open the account menu (your name, top right) and choose Delete account.

Can’t sign in?

Email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it: CONTACT EMAIL. We’ll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What isn’t deleted

Days you tracked stay on your phone until you delete them there (open a day and tap Delete this day from my phone) or uninstall the app. They’re never on our servers.
